Software development and AI integration for small companies

Websites, automation and AI agents that pay for themselves

I build the software and put AI inside the processes: seven hours a week recovered on average, counted in euros before we start.

Scroll

Every company pays an invisible tax: hours spent on work a machine finishes in thirty seconds. I do not stop at the slides: I make the diagnosis and then I build. Software, automation and agents that give those hours back and turn them into margin.

01

AI Check-up

The diagnosis in four steps
  1. 01

    Discovery

A 45-minute call, questions only and zero pitch: we map the processes that eat hours. Nine times out of ten the culprit is email.

    Day 01
    • 45-min call
    • Zero pitch
    • Processes mapped
  2. 02

    AI analysis

The transcript goes through my AI stack and I rebuild your critical flows: out come the right tools for each pain point, with a mockup straight away.

    Days 02-03
    • AI stack
    • Flows rebuilt
    • Mockup
  3. 03

    Report

Executive summary, impact/effort matrix, quick wins: for each solution the tool, the cost, the setup and the hours recovered, with a four-day quick-start plan.

    Day 04
    • Impact/effort matrix
    • Quick wins
    • 4-day plan
  4. 04

    Review

The report goes out first, then half an hour on a screen share to decide: what is most urgent, whether you do it yourself or with me, and on what timeline.

    Day 05
    • Screen share
    • Priorities
    • Next step

In writing. If the report does not put at least five concrete actions in your hands, each with the tool, the cost and the hours it frees every week, I refund the whole amount.

02

Why

Six reasons
01

I build, I do not only advise

Most AI consultants stop at the slides. I prescribe the tools and then I build them: n8n, agents, automation.

02

AI-accelerated development

Prototypes in days and deliveries in weeks, where elsewhere it takes a quarter.

03

One single contact

From DNS to SaaS, from copy to video: no ping-pong between suppliers who do not talk to each other.

04

Seven hours a week

The average recovery per person: manual work a machine finishes in thirty seconds.

05

Four-figure ROI

Hours recovered times your hourly rate, minus around 60 euros a month of tools: the net return is four figures, every month.

06

The knowledge stays yours

Processes, credentials and documentation handed over: the Second Brain belongs to the company.

03

Projects

Four real projects
01 / 04

RistorantePRO

See the project
SaaS · AI platform ristorantepro.it

The AI platform that answers for the restaurant owner: an AI hostess on WhatsApp and social, a voice agent, bookings, a digital menu and online orders with zero commission.

What I did

A complete product: a chatbot that books 24/7, the voice agent Chiara, bookings and table map, a menu with allergens suggested by AI, kitchen screen, till with receipts and invoices, campaigns and loyalty.

Result

In production from 97 euros a month: the owner gets back up to 10 hours a week between phone and chat, with 0% commission on online orders.

02 / 04

AiDirector

See the project
AI direction · Dashboard TheDrobot product

The AI direction of the company: agents that find leads, close sales, create content and send reports from a single dashboard.

What I did

Eight orchestrated agents: lead hunter and qualifier, sales closer, content generator, email and analytics, with funnel and ROI per channel.

Result

The owner runs the operation from one screen: numbers, agents and sales in the same place.

03 / 04

GoFly

See the project
White-label · CRM and funnels goflydash.com

The all-in-one marketing platform of an Italian agency: websites, funnels, CRM, calendars, automatic email and WhatsApp, courses and payments under one single brand.

What I did

A complete white-label platform: CRM with pipelines, funnels and websites, email, WhatsApp and SMS automation, social planner, e-learning member areas, review management and reporting.

Result

Over 250 business owners on board: one subscription instead of around 600 euros a month of separate tools.

04 / 04

Vivence

See the project
Landing · Brand vivence-farm.vercel.app

A dark landing page for a sports nutraceutical line: verifiable science, scroll-telling and an enquiry form.

What I did

Design and build of the landing page: a cinematic hero, six product variants, evidence sections with sources, contact form.

Result

One product, one story: the page takes doctors and athletes from the evidence to the contact form.

04

Tell me wherethe company loses time and margin.

A few lines about processes, tools and deadlines are enough to get a concrete plan with an honest estimate, not an empty quote.

  • Reply Within 24 hours
  • First call 30 minutes, no slides
  • Start AI Check-up, fixed price

No automated sequences and no shared inboxes: every request gets a considered reply within one working day.

Common questions.

You start from the AI Check-up: a 45-minute call, an analysis of your flows and a report with the opportunities quantified in hours and euros per month. The investment is fixed and stated up front; then you decide whether and what to implement.

One-off jobs close in days, a website or an automation in two to four weeks, a SaaS or an eCommerce in one to three months. Development is AI-accelerated: weeks, not months.

Yes, white-label: the agency sells under its own brand and I deliver. Dedicated pricing, clear margins and no direct contact with the end client unless you want it.

Yes, that is the most common case: the team keeps the decisions and the clients, I build the tools. Training included, so everything stays usable without me.

No: it takes the repetitive work nobody wants off the team. People stay on decisions and clients; copy-paste, alerts and reports go to the machines.

The Check-up is covered by a guarantee: if the report does not contain at least five concrete, measurable actions, I refund everything. On projects, every sprint ends with a demo: the course gets corrected every week, not at the end.

No: you start from the Check-up and every following piece of work has a fixed price agreed up front. A retainer only exists if the numbers justify it.
